BLOOM project reaches 200 participants!
We are proud to announce the participation of 200 individuals in our Bloom project.
This youth mental health research project aims to better understand the onset of mental health challenges in adolescents and young adults, contributing to their prevention and improving access to specialized mental health care. It addresses key questions about mental development, emotional well-being, and psychological trajectories in young people.

Latest Scientific Publication from the Centre of Excellence in Youth Mental Health
Formal Thought Disorder (FTD) is an anomalies in how a person organizes and expresses their thoughts—is often presented as the core of psychosis. Yet it remains a paradox: a robust indicator of risk and poor
prognosis, but one that is poorly defined, misunderstood, and rarely measured in clinical practice.
Our review of 50 years of research reveals that FTD is not a single entity, but rather a probabilistic cluster of linguistic and cognitive traits that collectively lead to communication difficulties.

CEYMH BOECKH Training Award – Applications now open
The CEYMH Boeckh Training Award supports youth mental health and early intervention professionals in Montreal by funding formal training opportunities, including workshops, national and international conferences, courses, and more.
This award recognizes the ongoing journey of skill development, knowledge growth, and embracing new perspectives through dedicated training.
