Our Activities

Our activities bring together families and youth through a variety of engaging formats. We offer online workshops for parents and caregivers, as well as creative and in-person initiatives focused on things such as building resilience and exploring well-being through art. Whether you’re joining us virtually or in person, our goal is to foster connection, growth, and supportive spaces for all.

Let’s make some noise — together!

Join us for Voices & Rhythms: Building Our Sound, a hands-on music jam where everyone’s invited to play, experiment, and create. No music skills needed — just bring your curiosity and good vibes! We’ll mix beats, loops, and sounds to build something totally our own. Come find your rhythm, meet new people, and see what happens when voices and instruments collide!
