This workshop series was developed by the Youth Mental Health Team at the CIUSSS de l’Ouest-de-l’Île to support parents and caregivers of young people experiencing mental health challenges. It highlights the important role caregivers play and offers practical insights to help families better understand, respond, and support their child.
